General School Info

What ages do you accept?
 We serve toddlers through VPK and offer school-age wrap-around care.

What are your hours?
 We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Where are you located?
 Rainforest Academy is located in Fort Myers, Florida.

Enrollment & Tuition

How do I enroll my child?
 Complete the Family Enrollment Packet and provide current physical and immunization forms. Registration opens each April.

What is your tuition policy?
 Tuition is due every Friday prior to the week of attendance. View full tuition rates [here].

Do you offer sibling discounts?
 Yes, a 5% discount is available for the second child enrolled full-time.

Health & Safety

What is your illness policy?
 Children with fever, vomiting, or other symptoms must stay home and be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning.

Are you equipped for emergencies?
 Yes, we follow a disaster preparedness plan and our staff is CPR/First Aid certified.

Do you accommodate food allergies?
 Yes. Please include all allergy details in your enrollment paperwork.

Parent Involvement & Communication

Can I visit during the day?
 Yes! We have an open-door policy and encourage parent involvement.

How do I communicate with my child’s teacher?
 Daily updates and communication are available via the ProCare app, and parent-teacher conferences are scheduled throughout the year.
